Thanks,Yeah, I keep hearing the same ...why would the Union even want something that goes against the employees. They would not. If they did then they would eventually be nonexhistant. The claim is so bogus that it just does not even make sence.

This is America. We have the right to a secret ballot. Don't be deceived by terms such as "Free Choice".

EFCA doesn't get rid of secret ballot. Read the legislation. The change made simply allows employees to make the choice over whether they want majority card sign up or secret election. Right now, employers are allowed to make that decision. The real lie is that the Right constantly contends that secret ballot elections will be eliminated.
