The 212 video is actually pretty dumb... Although it may be true that water turns to steam at 213 degrees (at standard pressure), the steam at 213 anywhere close enough to having the energy to run a locomotive. The steam running those are probably more like 500 degrees (more than twice as hot). Also, 3 strokes in golf is a lot. Like a shit load. That's why there's birdies, eagles, albatross, bogey, double bogey: all only 1 stroke apart from the adjacent. 1.54 seconds in the Indy is like 500 ft.
