for people who dont know. if you never had driver licence they cant charge you with any driving charge because your not under contract..what ever state your in look it up..driving without a licence never had one cant charge me.driving on suspended licence how can they be suspended if i never had them cant charge me.. take your time its all there in court files.....

I'm learning through WIlliam Cooper's work at the moment. I would consider it to be a summary of the history of many of these groups.
