@IwarinJones I've only played Republic side on Alderaan so far. But one of the quests there explains the black eyes. He is/was part of the Killik hive mind. Hence he speaks as we not I, and hence the black eyes.

I'm trying like heck to get to this point, but Vector has over 3k affection for me and I finished the Class quest about the Eagle and he won't say anything. I think he's bugged. He looked like he wanted to chat for like 3 seconds and now he won't say anything. Stupid bugs. BTW, I'm level 30.
