OM GI Did this type of class at my local Gym last week & WHEW ~ it wasn't as "tough" as I thought it would be BUT ~ the day or two AFTER! I was TOTALLY SURPRISED to find my muscles actually were SORE & stayed slightly Sore for up to 2.5 to 3 days after the workout! SO take it slow, don't rush the movements & you'll FEEL the burn! Going back for more tomorrow lol! Great workout!
