  • Gur was a Yenta (Jewish lady). She is not a role model for other women.

  • Cute! I like it! Can't wait for the next garage-rock show to wear it to!

  • although you say this isn't your favourite decade, the look really suits you! I presonally love the 60's look, and you really pull it off!

  • super fun look!!! luv it...

  • Great tutorial!

I have the same cherry scarf

  • wow this look is incredible i could never pull it off its a tad too dramatic for my taste the eyeliner is sooo heavy but you look wonderful congrats

  • You wear this look SO beautifully! I could never pull this off... but... will definitely have to try :) gorgeous!

  • Beautiful and unusual for you! I love it! I like the image when you are painting your lips and looking in the mirror with that heavy eyeliner. So femenine and retro!

  • I AM LOVING THE 60's EYE MAKEUP! WOW, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS SO MUCH, oh and by the way, I think I am going to try the Manic Panic again, I think maybe this time it might come out ok, I really like Manic Panics stuff, I use their foundation in Virgin White( I can never find foundations light enough for me, so I use the white, and it is great! Keep up the good work sweetie! :)

  • I really love the eyes. Very nice job!

  • WOW beautiful and dramatic

  • Wow! Va-Va-Voom sister! One of your best.

  • love the lip color

  • Love the eyebrows!

  • beautiful look :)

  • love the look. That type of eyebrow is gougous on you I love the 60's so please do more

  • wow! great job! so talented :)

  • You definitely pulled off the sex kitten aspect! Love it! I know you don't like extending eyeliner to the lower inner corners but it looks really great on you!

  • Very pretty. I love the early 60s look!

  • I absolutely dig the eyes! I'm gonna try this tomorrow night. Love the song at the end!

  • What type of eye liner brush are you using? It lookes like you have better control than the brushes I've seen.

  • Its a bent liner brush from Coastal Scents. :)

  • This look looks absolutely stunning on you! I love your videos, keep up the great work!

  • This is a different, but beautiful look. You are awesome. You can do anything. I love it. Can you show us how the hair would go with this makeup? Thanks for all the wonderful vids!

  • Really, lifting the crown (like the bumpit styles you see now) and then back in a headscarf like this one would be a suitable style. Aliza wore hers long and back in a headscarf in most photos Ive seen.

  • very dramatic look! It's really cool looking. Great Job, as always. I would think all that eyeliner would bother my eyes. lol

  • It was so interesting to watch you do makeup outside of your comfort zone of the 40s and 50s, but you can pull anything off! I agree with the poster who said that this makes you look like a teenager!!! :) (especially the eyes). You did an amazing job with the lip shape too. 5*s More 60s looks! :)

  • Lisa... if you keep this up, you're going to put us cosmetologists out of work, lol. Wonderful presentation, as always. My compliments.

    xo franni

  • Thats a nice compliment. Thanks so much!

  • wonderful eyes!! this look makes you look teenage..

    xox Fabi

  • Love the eyes. thanks for the interesting lip shape. will have to try that sometime.

  • I must say--I tell a lot of people that the only thing I like about the later sixties are the Bond girls, and you captured it very well!! Love it! XOXOXO

  • I love it. Turned out really pretty. That cracks me up, my hubby prefers the ladies from this time instead of the 40's and 50's too. Not me, although there were a number of gorgeous gals, it's not my favorite time.

  • I think its the long hair, curves, and eyelashes. I dont know if that is what they would say it is...but I think it is. :)

  • What song is this, dear?

  • How funny is it that you and Calibro commented at the same time? She's right...Curtis Mayfield-Pusherman.

  • Lisa!!!!! Love it love it love it!!!!

    btw: Curtis Mayfield's "Pusherman": great!

  • Yes, technically not the sixties but I'll take advantage of any opportunity to use Curtis Mayfield. haha

  • And you did right!

Curtis Mayfield's and all blaxploitation OSTs rule!!!!

I dream of a Foxy Brown tutorial

  • My favorite decade is def. the 60's! Great look!

  • I love the 60s makeup look, thanks for making this! I need to start doing my eyebrows. (:

  • I love the eyes they came out great on a random note in you remind me of Julia Roberts you look a lot like her to me anyway..

  • Oh, I really liked this a lot! Thanks for doing it! :D

  • soo cute i love it!!!

  • I absolutely love this look. late 50's/early 60's is my favorite period.

Great job! You look lovely as usual.

  • I love the eyes!

I'm not so fond of the lips though..

  • It's all a matter of taste. You can do whatever you like w/ the lips. :) I had them a bright red for the photos (so they would show up in the black and white shots) and that was a little too overwhelming, w/ those dramatic eyes.

  • I really loved... the eyes came out beautiful........ 2 thumbs up .....cant wait to see more pin up hair tutorials...lots of love from Puerto Rico

  • Love the look..I'm going to try it one day...
