samsung has the worst customer service ever. They only provide warranty in korea. i have had no tv troubles yet but all the other stuff i own from samsung is shit including cellphone , home theater etc. do ur self a favour and buy Lg or something who are well known for customer service .

i bought a similar 40 inch 1080P samsung that is supposedly 120HZ but when I play my PS3 on HDMI it switches to 60HZ why is that, please reply

Just thought I'd help answer your question. the reason your TV switches back to to 60hz mode is simple,the ps3/x360 output 60hz..that's right, 120/240hz has no impact on gaming performance. hope that helps:)
