Question is......who are these idiots in this examination of sarah [dipshit] Palin interview......Sarah Palin totally misses the whole point of every question.....and these idiots are either being kind or just as stupid as palin......sheesh
@CyeOutsider I wont disagree.... But that particular symptom is like the largest, pussy infected pimple for a diagnosis of teenage acne. (like a zit you'd get in your nose...up the nostril. The ones that REALLY hurt).
I love how they say how charlie was hard on her. He wasn't. He asked her simple foreign policy questions (do you agree with the Bush Doctrine) and due to her massive ignorance was not able to hold ground. I don't expect any average joe to know what the Bush Doctrine is, nor do I expect anyone to know why there is two Koreas; but I do expect someone who is basically running for President of the United States to be able have an in depth discussion about these things.
As soon as this "expert" said Charlie Gibson was tough, throw that Pat robertson degree out the window. She's another sarah. She does have beautiful blond hair, however, I can't understand why she dyes her roots.
Give me a break she fool actually has a degree in "Body Language?!" @SexyLiLLeilaniMya Reading my mail. I came across this as part of a expert juror selection. It's akin to that unidentified sex malfeasance these "experts" sold to Tiger Woods. It's a crock of shit. First of all, the vast majority of religious scholars no longer believe in the existence of Hell. Secondly, it is widely acknowledged that Palin has not the intellect to be anything other than what she now is, an accidental Governor, a retired small-town mayor and hockey mom. There have been Presidents who were not geniuses. However there has never been a President as intellectually stunted as Palin, not even Warren G. Harding, widely considered the stupidest President ever to hold office.
sarah can ONLY have more babies --- NOT RAISE THEM WELL (surely, let's a take a quick snapshot at how well she's done with bristol) --- so honey, go back to alaska and lie on your back or your snow machine,,,,that's what you do best...
I agree. Unfortunately, Barack Obama has just about the same amount of experience as Sarah Palin, and he is running for President, not Vice President.
Ok wait. You think someone without hardly any experience is just automatically fit to run the country just because they are intelligent? There are many intelligent people. I'm intelligent and worked on my village board, does that make me qualified to run as president? Probably not.

Hopefully he rises to the occasion and does great things.
I liken Obama to Tiger Woods' 97 masters victory-Tiger had little experience on the PGA Tour (1 year), however, he demonstrated that he was a quick learner and more than capable of winning a major.

This witch hunt shit gets really tiring. Why is that dumb cunt trying to point out body language to the Kelly and Regis wannabe duo anyway? If the woman can govern the largest state in the USA she has more going for her than senators that have been in office for 40 years and merely exist. Biden has been on the hill for 36 years - what can you say about him? what does anyone really know about him? Sure, he has polished his bullshit DC sound bites. What about Obama? What the fuck is he about?
Wow - how charming and articulate. A little point, though - While Alaska is the largest state, by square miles, that's entirely irrelevant. The state has enormous revenue from oil, and about one tenth the population of Atlanta, GA. Struggling with limited means, and dealing with diversity shows the mettle of the person, not silly smirks and snarky speech.
Charlie didn't twist her words. He simply asked about an important doctorine and questioned what her actions and responses to current events would be when shes elected into office, and she as usual refuses to answer with a long drawn out speech about nothing.
Fine she hasn't met any heads of state what I don't like is that she is a highly consertive Christian that has not left Alska until her Campaign with John McCain. People who represent the US in poltics need to understand others from globe. I tink when you meet others that have a different backround well come to respect different cultures and nations. This I do not think should be on the job traing.
yeah right that bitch Palin came across snotty and country. this lady here says Charlie was being hard but this bitch would have to handle issues involving the WHOLE country not just some weak ass interview, kick her country alaskan ass to the curb
Let's check out Charlies demeanor! Wow! In Palins Interview, Charlie's voice was aggressive and body language was intimidating as it appears Charlie is physically closer and more upright.
Go check out the Obama interview. The stage and video angle even gave the setting a calming touch. Take note Charlie was laid back with a softer tone towards Obama. Line of questioning was friendly too.
I dunno about that. It was in my college textbook for my "Introduction to International Relations" course three years go. I kid you not -- I was tested on it! My husband's an IR major, too, and he gasped when he heard her response.
Softball questions Charlie Gibson asked Obama: How does it feel to break a glass ceiling? How does it feel to "win"? How does your family feel about your "winning" breaking a glass ceiling? Who will be your VP? Should you choose Hillary Clinton as VP? Will you accept public finance? What issues is your campaign about? Will you visit Iraq? Will you debate McCain at a town hall? What did you think of your competitor's [Clinton] speech?
Bush Dostrine answers edited out: PALIN: I agree that a presidents job, when they swear in their oath to uphold our Constitution, their top priority is to defend the United States of America.
GIBSON: Do we have a right to anticipatory self-defense?
PALIN: Charlie, if there is legitimate and enough intelligence that tells us that a strike is imminent against American people, we have every right to defend our country. In fact, the president has the obligation, the duty to defend.
it's obvious she didn't even know what the question was in reference to. yeah she could talk eloquently, but i have a BS (bachelors in science)degree in bullshit, and she's an expert in it too.
Yeah, i was unclear about that as well, but, best i could figure, it's not blinking or just blinking, but one eye sort of doing a sort of half-wink. bill clinton did that a lot, lol! palin scares me with her God-talk....
Tired of working for someone else? Are you tired of worrying about bills, or gas prices? Make money online today! It won't cost you a dime to get started! Check out my videos on my channel for more info
You might want to think about praying to YOUR GOD to protect You if this woman gets any closer to the White House. Did you even listen to this video? She doesn't know how to tell the truth and has no clue about world issues. She has a BS in BS after attending 5 different colleges in 5 years. As for HER GOD, besides her pregnant 17 yr old daughter, she had Trac 8 months after marrying her husband. Guess it runs in the highly religious family.
Talk about Deer in the headlights! Palin comes off defensive, angry and is in way over her head. How can anyone think that she is ready to be Vice President of anything. She is the perfect puppet for the Republician good ole boy,s to control. Her grandiose ego, does not qualify her to be the Vice President. I believe that she is not even close to being qualified for the office of Vice President. We are in big trouble if McCain is elected and god forbid dies in office.
even 'artist' is oversaying. an artist would have been able to have more control over her body language, unconscious movements. she is terribly inept at that.
mccain on the other hand is a genius at controlling his body language.
I agree up to a point. Did you see the first presidential debate? John McCain blinked like every half second when he responded to the topics. Not an expert here, but doesn't that mean you're bullshitting your answers?
I don't like McCain or Sarah Palin, but I gotta say this is kinda low of ABC to bring an body lanugage analysis to just basically make Sarah Palin look bad, I mean I can basically make those judgements on my own, but this is just an attack on Sarah Palin.
Little? I'm sorry, this may sound sad but I've learned more about Palin in the last three or four weeks than I've learned about my own best friend... so I don't know what you're talking about, sweetheart. The media seems to know quite a lot about her.
The little they have from her own mouth since being picked VP that is... There is ofc a lot of media coverage of her pre-VP life, which I am not overly interested in.
And you really should have more long talks with your friends if you know less about them than Palin ;)
The only reason they are analysing this interview so much is because it it the ONLY one she has performed. If Palin was out taking interview like normal VPs then this wouldn't be needed...
The American Legislative Exchange Council found that from 1996 through 2006, TX, FL & AZ were the 3 most successful states. 1/3 of all the jobs in the U.S. in the last 10 years were created in these 3 Republican states.
Democrat run IL, OH and MI were the 3 least successful.
Business conditions were better in the successful states than in the lagging ones. Capital and labor moved to where the burdens were smaller and the opportunities greater.
You're right about the 90 percent of blacks (actually, I think it's 95 percent) but, I'm from Ohio, and I can testify that Ohio has been red for decades -- it only switched over to Democratic majority in 2006 -- the year that your study ended!
The switch in 2006 came about largely because we had one of the most inept, corrupt, and hated governors of our entire existence as a state -- Republican Bob Taft, a descendant of President William Howard Taft -- who destroyed his grandfather's good name. The man single-handedly ruined the Republicans chance to maintain power in Ohio, and consequently, Republican Senator Mike DeWine (hardly an extremist Republican) was unseated by one of the most liberal Congressman in our union: Sherrod Brown.
Well after looking at OBama and O'Reilly I think Obama knows what he's talking about and is very confident, yet open but not defensive but firm standing.
"Has any body looked into the body language of the Democrats . This is getting picky and desperate by the pro Dems to do this."
Let's see, not wearing flagpins, says 'uh' often, stuttering, tossed a flower on the 9/11 memorial instead of placing it there, not saluting during the pledge of allegiance, and there's probably countless others that don't immediately come to mind.
ezshare -Obama gestures are straight forward and need no professional to dissect them ,and they are negative .Palins are nuanced and a matter of interpretation/ invention .
you wanna have some fun, try analyzing mccain's body language! it's really unique, almost as 'unique' as his choice for vp. this guy is just NOT SMART AT ALL! we are in dangerous times. we need a very smart president! the last thing we need is an old, angry, washed up, corrupt, greedy, self-centered, oversimplifying, self-serving, dishonest dodo like mccain!
I hope especially the media and the liberals make hash of every single thing Sarah says and does. I hope they dis her family, her hair style, her eyeglasses, her NRA memebership, her Moose hunting/killing/eating, her beauty queen past, her lack of Ivy League education. I hope they attack her until the cows come home. Until they turn blue.
For me. I like her. I think she is better qualified that Obama, Biden, or McCain. I will vote for her.
whoever is watching this video should also click on the Putin news conference video (on the same page) and just wonder.... which meal he would choose to eat Sarah Palin and her heathen children....
WTFAYTA????? I was originally responding to souljawhatever and what a d-i-c-k he or she or it was. What on Earth gave you the impression I was I was a wrong-leaner?
Body language is one thing. Answering questions in the most retarded way possible...eh...that's something else. Sarah Palin takes the stupidity of Washington to a new fucking level.
Unbelievably petty nitpicking. BODY LANGUAGE expert? sheesh.
And they keep trying to say she doesn't know what the Bush Doctrine is, however, Charlie wasn't very specific himself. What part of the Bush Doctrine was he speaking of? There IS more than one point!
Sarah Palin did a fine job, and she did not let Charlie back her into making statements that she didn't want to make. He did try trapping her as many times as he could.
and if what you say is true, how can she take on the good ol boys and corrupt politicians if she doesn't know what they stand for, i.e. the doctrines?
does anyone know if they have body language experts analyze democratic candidates? just curious. lately i've been seeing a lot of attacks on and analysis of palin (which is fine) but not much with biden.
I think its because Biden, just as Obama and McCain, has had his fair share of being scrutinized. Remember he was also one of the candidates to be president, so people are familiar with what he stands for. Palin is a new person that the world doesnt know much about. The new kid on campus always gets observed the most. The other 3 got attacked, so now its just her turn. Just comes with the territory of politics.
oh--of course. i want them to analyze and question her. thanks to all of the people who clicked the "thumbs down" option. sheez...i was just asking calmly. i never said i was for or against palin or biden. people jump to conclusions way too quickly.
ok seriously the gender card? yeah mcCain may have pulled the "gender card" but what's so bad about that? like obama is any better? it's not like people aren't going to vote for him just because of his skin color...and i am not racist...i'm just trying to point out that pretty much the whole colored population will vote for obama even if they know nothing about him...so i say go for it mcCain use the gender card!
The difference is that Obama's campaign has not accused anyone of being racist, altho it is blatant in some parts of this country. Every chance they get, even when its so obviously nonexistent, the McCain/Palin campaign plays the gender card. Its like she was picked just to play that gender card. "Dont be too rough with her, she's just a woman." THATS whats the problem with that. And no, the whole "colored population" will not automatically vote for him just as all women wont vote for her.
Really? You believe Obama is the "only one who keeps bringing race into the issue"? Where have YOU been? The only reason he brings up race at all is to address the issue that is a big deal in this country. Ever hear of a thing called racism? It still exists. He is half white and half black, yet the only thing people see is the black. Yet still, even when he addresses the issue of race, he still does not accuse anyone of racism against him, even when its apparent.
And id love to know where you get your "facts" from. Perhaps you can tell me how many old people will vote for McCain or how many women will vote for Palin, huh? What percentage of other races will vote for Obama? Are they voting for him only because he's black as well?
Who is that DUMBSHIT man -- i have no idea who those mannequins are.. But when he says "She really got at the essence of it in the 2nd half of her comments", he is just plain WRONG. Anyone who cites Gibson's question as too broad is missing some bulb wattage: It's just that you're so used to hearing PAMPERED QUESTIONS that lay out the exact terrain for a response that when you then hear an open-ended question, that is seen as unfair. How low this country has sunk.
Isn't funny the Republican party who for decades railed against Affirmative Action and 'gender card' are now the biggest supporters and whiners!
Stop crying sexism or 'liberal' media. This is Charles Gibson who did worse tactics on Obama during the Philadelphia debate.
she reminds me of Bush so much. Now the question for Americans is: Do you want to elect someone you like or someone who will fix your major economic concerns.

"Progressives" are terrified, this is so much fun to watch! Palin is a TRUE feminist who soared on her own merits. A successful working woman with a happy family life and a husband who helps raise the children.
A true feminist doesn't hate men, whine about a glass ceiling or stay away from tackling whatever job she wants to do, she just does it! She proves without a word that women are fully capable of standing side by side with men. Palin ROCKS!
Don't worry Sarah will be on Hannity and be treated fairly. Please let us all pray for all GODS glory this election. The lord has blessed us with Palin and McCain.
Hope you keep on saying that when the mushroom clouds from russian missles land on major U.S. cities because Palin already suggested a war with Russia over Georgia in the very interview she gave with Gibson.
And what about those christians,(which i'm not), that pray for Palin not to make it to the white house?
I guess you're one of those fundamental extremists who seem to think god only listens to your prayers and no one else's.
Isn't it strange that we have so little to go on, we have to resort to reading the tea leaves like this? The Republicans have not allowed access to this woman except in very controlled circumstances.
Sarah Palin is hated by many people who supports Obama. She had a strong instincts that Gibson is waiting for her to make a wrong answer. She's stressed! It's an army of ANTI Palin both in media and internet false propaganda. Get over yourself people, she's running to clean up the White House corruption. Vote Obama to increase the tax on businesses, so small businesses will evaporate and increase unemployment, food prices/services goes high. Obama will adopt 1972 tax strategy that fails.

Struggling with limited means, and dealing with diversity shows the mettle of the person, not silly smirks and snarky speech.

Tough questions Gibson asked Palin:
Do you have enough qualifications for the job you're seeking? Specifically have you visited foreign countries and met foreign leaders?
Aren't you conceited to be seeking this high level job?
Questions about foreign policy
-territorial integrity of Georgia
-allowing Georgia and Ukraine to be members of NATO
-Iranian nuclear threat
-what to do if Israel attacks Iran
-Al Qaeda motivations
-attacking terrorists harbored by Pakistan

Bush Dostrine answers edited out: PALIN: I agree that a presidents job, when they swear in their oath to uphold our Constitution, their top priority is to defend the United States of America.
GIBSON: Do we have a right to anticipatory self-defense?
PALIN: Charlie, if there is legitimate and enough intelligence that tells us that a strike is imminent against American people, we have every right to defend our country. In fact, the president has the obligation, the duty to defend.

She is the perfect puppet for the Republician good ole boy,s to control. Her grandiose ego, does not qualify her to be the Vice President. I believe that she is not even close to being qualified for the office of Vice President. We are in big trouble if McCain is elected and god forbid dies in office.

Look at Dem v. Rep states economically.
Capital and labor moved to where the burdens were smaller and the opportunities greater.
farber207 3 years ago
You're right about the 90 percent of blacks (actually, I think it's 95 percent) but, I'm from Ohio, and I can testify that Ohio has been red for decades -- it only switched over to Democratic majority in 2006 -- the year that your study ended!
neoconartistic 3 years ago
The switch in 2006 came about largely because we had one of the most inept, corrupt, and hated governors of our entire existence as a state -- Republican Bob Taft, a descendant of President William Howard Taft -- who destroyed his grandfather's good name. The man single-handedly ruined the Republicans chance to maintain power in Ohio, and consequently, Republican Senator Mike DeWine (hardly an extremist Republican) was unseated by one of the most liberal Congressman in our union: Sherrod Brown.

Just comes with the territory of politics.

gessono 3 years ago
ok seriously the gender card? yeah mcCain may have pulled the "gender card" but what's so bad about that? like obama is any better? it's not like people aren't going to vote for him just because of his skin color...and i am not racist...i'm just trying to point out that pretty much the whole colored population will vote for obama even if they know nothing about him...so i say go for it mcCain use the gender card!
5sls22 3 years ago
The difference is that Obama's campaign has not accused anyone of being racist, altho it is blatant in some parts of this country. Every chance they get, even when its so obviously nonexistent, the McCain/Palin campaign plays the gender card. Its like she was picked just to play that gender card. "Dont be too rough with her, she's just a woman." THATS whats the problem with that. And no, the whole "colored population" will not automatically vote for him just as all women wont vote for her.
daescoli 3 years ago 2
Are you kidding me? Obama is the only one who keeps bringing race into the issue and it's a fact that at least 90% of black people will vote for him.
farber207 3 years ago
Really? You believe Obama is the "only one who keeps bringing race into the issue"? Where have YOU been? The only reason he brings up race at all is to address the issue that is a big deal in this country. Ever hear of a thing called racism? It still exists. He is half white and half black, yet the only thing people see is the black. Yet still, even when he addresses the issue of race, he still does not accuse anyone of racism against him, even when its apparent.
daescoli 3 years ago
And id love to know where you get your "facts" from. Perhaps you can tell me how many old people will vote for McCain or how many women will vote for Palin, huh? What percentage of other races will vote for Obama? Are they voting for him only because he's black as well?
daescoli 3 years ago

"Progressives" are terrified, this is so much fun to watch! Palin is a TRUE feminist who soared on her own merits. A successful working woman with a happy family life and a husband who helps raise the children.
