As to my first comment. It reminds me of the original work of *dark night of the soul*. However I have not competed reading it in its entirety. It seems to be so very deep that only a little bit of the writing at a time works to help understanding of it.
Is there not a place for female monks? What of the anchorites or the ascetic monks or hermit monks who live alone and not in a monastery? Are there not any female Anchoresses left in the world?
