  • Muthuramalingam was a finest man, patriot, philanthropist, a staunch Siva Baktha and above all a man who treated all fellow human being equally. He is the reason for sending 600 Tamil men to fight alongside Subase Chandra Bose, Bengal Tiger. In return, India never recognized their sacrifice and murdered thousands of them in Eelam in turn. But, it is sad to see that Muthuramalingam was made as an icon of a particular thevar caste by the cheap politicians and short sighted community leaders.
