It's soooo sad! Moser was the best! Much better than the others, Moretti played Moser so well, so true-to-life, and his relationship to Rex was so wonderful. The series was never the same after Moser died.

Here in Mexico the series are not serial, I mean they out the first episodes and then some Alex episodes and then some Mosser episodes... they do not have a good serial

He really died in a stupid way, regrettably death was the only possible choice for the film director, since the actor did not want to play the character anymore and, if Inspector Moser had been moved to another city or had left the police, it would have been strange that he would have not brought Rex along.

I think it's a good episode, and, as you said, twas their only option since Moretti left the show, but it was sooooo sad! Richard was my favourite character, he was so cute, I loved him and they killed him, dammit, why do they have to kill all my fav TV characters??? That sucks!!!

I am not saying it was a bad episode, but I think Moser could have died in a better way, he gets shot twice very naively.

Yeah, maybe, and I hate that they killed them, but he died trying to protect his beloved dog and his girlfriend from that madman and I think that's not such a bad way to die in some sense, I think is was very touching indeed.

On the other hand, I agree it was a rather stupid death if you look at it from another point of view, I mean, shot by a fraking nerd who ends up killing himself, it's sooo senseless... but all in all it works for me, I don't think the writers did it wrong
