Dear ConcreteBarge - it's not the Ghosttrain, it's the Jigsaw kiddies ride, a fav still today!!!! My fav part of this was seeing the old boating lake and the train going all around again. Thanks for the memories of good days with my family, esp my nan and granddad.:)

Lovely. I sneaked off one day when I was 9, walked to Southend from Rayleigh - I'm not sure I was missed. My Mum just thought I was out, playing! Those were the days ... Nice post :-)
