Oh god I almost cried when Wilson and Amber were lying in the bed and he turned off the life support system :( When Amber looks wilson so sadly and then closes her eyes peacefully.. But the real part where I almost broke was when I saw Cuddy taking care of House and when Thirteen discovered that she had Huntington :( In the whole, this episode was the most touching so far what I've seen.

I love the scene when Wilson finally goes home to sleep.

For anyone who has experienced death, you notice that your first night of sleep is just such a weird experience.

You're doing something so natural and you know you'll be passed out for a while, and yet you still want to grief for a little. But your own body wants to sleep.

So life mercilessly reminds you to move on with not only 24 hours having gone by. Such a creepy, eery sensation. To me, Wilson showed that aspect perfectly.
