Is this guy like known in UFC now? I saw an old season of the ultimate fighter some days ago on TV and he lost in the finals vs Diego. He couldnt do anything. If its even the same guy.

Hope he did get alot better as he was really bad in that fight/show. Didnt show any good skills.

Yea, I understand what you mean. But Kenny has evolved tremendously since his time on The Ultimate Fighter. He is set to fight BJ Penn for the LW title in August, and it is shaping up to be a good fight.

nah i dont think so ken flo is alot better than danzig..and danzig was better than guida but he let guida control him too much and he didnt throw enough when he was away from guida...you cant let someone like guida get ahold of you and engage in a wrestleing match he has too much cardio...props to guida for beating danzig but i think technically danzig is better...and i dont think ken flo will be taken down by guida and would just pick him apart from a distance...plus his jui jitsu is INSANE
