The whole put nitrogen in your tires is a bunch of crap. Air is 78% nitrogen. N2 is only around 3% lighter than air. Helium would be good for flotation. I know they use helium in plane tires. Just cause nascar puts N2 in their tires doesn't mean everyone should. They mainly do it because of safety when there is a fire.
