  • The thing is, I'm worried about the possible hallucinations that can occur during sleep paralysis and if I get too paniky. I'm so annoyed that I'm too pussy to try this out!

  • i got to ask a question. ok yesterday i did the wild as yesturday and went thrue sleep paralysis. but are u suppose to open your eyes as soon as its done and move or r u suppose to keep your eyes closed and move. i opened my eyes and i i saw one hole in my bed then i closed them and i woke up. was this a obe or a lucid dream by the way

  • i did this last night and when i woke up i was scared shitless. i couldent move but my mind was awake and i had terrible halucinations :(

  • Yours is the start of a good technique. You can make it better after you wake up in the middle of the night by turning on the lucid dream timer dled from lucidology website . Set it to go off every 12 minutes or so, then go back to sleep, and every twelve minutes you get a chance for the alarm to stir you awake. U might hear it in your dream and realize you're dreaming, or U might wake up, but if U don't move, a dream might form in your vision in a minute or U might feel like u pop out of body

  • @SleepIsMagic OMG OMG. I just woke up a few minutes ago. I was trying to do a lucid dream. My body was numb and everything and it felt as if my mind was taking control. I was somewhat seeing myself doing backflips but i wasnt fully dreaming. Then i told myself im dreaming. All of the sudden i feel like im getting sucked forward. I got scared and woke up :((( but tonight im going to let my body just sink into the dream. I WAS SO CLOSE!

  • U recommend earplugs. What about a fan used as sort of a "sound blanket" to drown out other noise? I used to fall asleep to a fan for almost 20 years, but quit a year ago. I seem to have more success with LDreams without the fan. Plus every morning about 3am a bird begins singing outside my window. Its weird, but is great for WILDs.

  • ok, im 14 years old and i really want to start lucid dreaming. i have a problem with the "sleep paralysis" thing. i need help on that. if you could pm me or something and kinda walk me through everything that would be great.
