Actually in Portugal the language spoken is portuguese. There isn't much difference between the various countries with spanish as first language, the biggest differences are the accents and some words may differ. It's like the difference between portuguese and brasilan portuguese. It's praticly the same thing.

Actually... the Philippines has many different languages and dialects depending on where one lives. But the main languages spoken in the Philippines is Tagalog and English.

Also, going on the words of my Filipino professor, Filipino is a real language, just with English words littered in there. Pure Tagalog has no English and Taglish is Tagalog and English smashed together (like "mag-cocomputer" or nag-aanalyze).
