youre close but not exact. the ringmaster is kind of like god in a way, hes supposed to run shit. the riddle box does pop up to judge you and the wraith takes it from there like the grim reaper. ringmaster runs everything and keeps things in balance (shown by his hands, two different gang symbols (forks up forks down)) milenko is a satan-like character and gets you to do bad things.
