I can do a very good one much easier. Here in Brazil, we´ve a shower hose besides the shower head. So, just put the edge of the hose into the asswhole opening, and let the water
gets in. When you feel you´re full, just release the water, and do it again.
I do it everyday...... hehehe
I also lay down on the floor, and I work the water into my intestines for better results.
