If you're looking for power, buy don't buy it. But if you want a well balanced car with fuel economy whilst looking sporty, someone who's not too fussy about performance, I think the CRZ will fit in just nice.

Honda interiors are the most modern and tasteful for the PRICE. For all you haters out there, this comment isn't for you so stop watching videos you don't like and commenting on them. Smart kids grow up to be smart engineers sometimes, and we know the ones who didn't quite come out that smart. Some other car interiors look like they tried too hard and I can't believe people like them because it looks like Grade B engineers made it. @KeepingModern accord vs almost anything else. the accord is expensive and the inside looks like warped plastic. I personally don't care if it is boring, but don't charge me more for cheaper material.

Reviewers that trash the CR-Z are silly. The 2 big recurring points among them are bad .mpg, and not fast or strong enough for a sporty car. Now, I used to drive an 09' Honda Fit that got glowing 'A+' reviews overall--describing it as fun and sporty, so if you're talking .mpg and power--the Fit had way less power, thus less fun to drive, and much less fuel efficient, not to mention emitting more CO2 into the air than the CR-Z. Yet reviewers still love to trash talk the CRZ. Go figure.....

A more powerful engine would kill the fuel efficiency, though an SI version would be cool. I've heard the 6 speed equipped models do 0-60 in about 8.5-9 seconds, which while not fast, is quick for a 35+ mpg car (Although, from what I've heard, the crz's mpg is pretty disappointing at just 33 combined, I get 35 with my standard mini cooper!..) So I agree with you on that efficiency issue.
I went to the honda dealership and looked at this car. I couldn't sit in the back without tilting my head to the side. and i am no where near 6ft. This is strictly a 2 seater with a rear shelf for small kids. When the kids grow up give them a bus pass. lol
@plutonium9 It's because the safety ratings in the states is different than in the UK. The NHTSA just revised their standards for 2011 models. It's more of a panoramic window than a sun or moon roof anyway. You can get one added to the car though fairly cheap. If that's the only reason you won't buy one you're either a prissy bitch or a chick. Lack of a moon roof is no reason to not buy a car that matches your wants and needs.
Easy there keyboard tough-guy. I was only frustrated because. while the car does meet some needs, I prefer a sunroof, or in this case a glass pano roof. Honda, of all companies, could have designed a roof to meet current standards. And no, I don't want to add an aftermarket sunroof. Even the webasto models, though nice, are only as nice as the installer that installs it. Then there is the issue of resale of car that's had the roof cut open.
Where was the review? He talked about how much he liked the car with the way it made him feel... He didn't show any aspects of the car other than looking at the out side of it and mentioning the 3 settings for the driving modes, the video quality was amazing as many have said but there was no Evaluation of the car what so ever...

agreed. but, the opening & endings sequences (packaging or frame if you will) could spruce up their appearance to meet the standards of the video. details, details.

@P0IS0N apologies. I've just been used to muscle car fans who ignorantly curse at my facts regarding automotive sporting. I like the car too. Of course it's definitely underpowered but I hear the cornering isn't half bad. Definitely good for a "sport" hybrid.

@DragonInfraXtremeRGT I'd probably go with the Insight, which seats 4, looks similar to the CR-Z, and gets better gas mileage then the Civic. Though any car from Honda would be okay.

This is a good car, but if honda wants to make it a better car they'll...
- Give the back more room for back seats.
- Give it a more powerful engine.
- And work on its fuel efficiency because for a hybrid its efficiency is not great.
- And give it other things like stability assist and things like that.
No doubt this is a pretty good car and Honda is a good car company; but underdogs like Hyundai and Kia are coming out with better quality cars now.
The editing in this is crazy good though.

@plutonium9 It's because the safety ratings in the states is different than in the UK. The NHTSA just revised their standards for 2011 models. It's more of a panoramic window than a sun or moon roof anyway. You can get one added to the car though fairly cheap. If that's the only reason you won't buy one you're either a prissy bitch or a chick. Lack of a moon roof is no reason to not buy a car that matches your wants and needs.

Easy there keyboard tough-guy. I was only frustrated because. while the car does meet some needs, I prefer a sunroof, or in this case a glass pano roof. Honda, of all companies, could have designed a roof to meet current standards. And no, I don't want to add an aftermarket sunroof. Even the webasto models, though nice, are only as nice as the installer that installs it. Then there is the issue of resale of car that's had the roof cut open.

Where was the review? He talked about how much he liked the car with the way it made him feel... He didn't show any aspects of the car other than looking at the out side of it and mentioning the 3 settings for the driving modes, the video quality was amazing as many have said but there was no Evaluation of the car what so ever...

That's very judgemental. I'm a muscle car fan, but I certainly enjoyed this video.
It was really refreshing comparing to most Top Gear reviews, and I find the CR-Z a really nice car.

@P0IS0N apologies. I've just been used to muscle car fans who ignorantly curse at my facts regarding automotive sporting. I like the car too. Of course it's definitely underpowered but I hear the cornering isn't half bad. Definitely good for a "sport" hybrid.

this car may not be the fastest, but it beats walking and it looks like it'd be alot of fun to drive, honda always does a good job engineering good cars, and you know what they say about any honda, if you take care of it, it'll take care of you. a routine oil change alone will make the car's lifespan be completely absurdly long. honda makes good shit

I love the look of the car and went to look at it at the dealership. I was surprised that The CR-Z is a two seater. My problem is I have two kids, so I'm seeing if anyone wants the kids so I can buy the car.

@DragonInfraXtremeRGT I'd probably go with the Insight, which seats 4, looks similar to the CR-Z, and gets better gas mileage then the Civic. Though any car from Honda would be okay.
