sammy must trust yall a lot!!! when i got my parakeet, he was deadly afraid, and wenever he went on the floor he would normally run off xP, My Chirpy (ULTIMATELY necessary name) sits on my shoulder rather than anywhere else besides the computer keyboard (no clue why) since he isn't used to being outside of my room

i find clipping bird's wings cruel.....you can definitely tame a budgie WITH its wings so why CLIP them??
