    How old are you? 12?

  • These will be really good for strength, usually the more reps you do the more definition you get, if you do less reps and more weight it will generally build muscle. These ones would be really good if you are interested in boxing or martial arts.

  • i;ve been doing this for a about 2-3 weeks and i;ve lost around 7 lbs in my mid section and maybe 2-4 off my arms..gained alotta muscle..i am 13 years old
