  • I just came back from Norway and they have these at a festival.... They are yummy!

  • Thanks for the responses everyone! I grew up in Minnesota eating the store bought stuff during the holidays. I came across a lot of recipes and chose the one that looked the easiest. It took a lot of work to come up with the right process though! There's nothing special needed, except the rolling pin cover is very helpful. I never used the "lefse stick" or the specialized lefse grill. I like my tools to be multipurpose. Keep on cooking. 'Going to make a batch right now.

  • THANK YOU FOR THIS DEMO. I 've been watching other Demos from True Nords and I was getting overwhelmed!...Love my culture, but wow looked like alot of work.

  • Thank you for showing an economical way of making this recipe. Most demonstrations that I've come over use large grills and rolling boards.

  • Thank you... One more question...Could you put savory ingredients?

  • Great recipe...but what do you eat it with? jam..is it a dessert?....I like the fact I dont have to use the electric griddle....i just could not find one in TX

  • @0000000Lara

It's a dessert^^ Most people eat it with butter and sugar... You mix butter and sugar, put it on half of the lefse, and fold it. Some people also use cinnamon in the sugar/butter mix^^
