It's a shame that search engines are so tilted toward rip-off 10% music recyclers rather than providing relevant information when queried as precisely as possible. 18 years of researching on the internet (starting with ftp before the web) and it's gotten much worse over time.

I was way too young to grasp the power of this statement: If You're Ready, Come Go With Me back when it was a hit in 1973-74.

The "IF your ready" is so deep.

Looking at Egypt, Libya, and related Uprisings, and the spin-offs from the Occupy Movements happening everywhere, I think this tune captures the human dilemma of wanting change but maybe being afraid and not ready to take the plunge to make change happen or hold on to its gains.
