Thank you for your reply on the comment below. I was wondering if I losen up more the corset around my body, does it still cause internal damage. It's a shame if I have to retire the brand new 3 corsets. It's only the bone steal that cause internal damage, or any corset? Thank you.
@supermelodia All tight clothing has an effect on the tender veins, arteries and digestive system. The body is made of very delicate and flexable tissue. A garden hose that is thin and flexable is easily kinked but a garden hose is much more rigid than are the veins and arteries. Anything tight will reduce blood flow and at the waist kink off the digestion. It is best to let the body work freely and not risk any injury. Are you doing it to lose inches at the waist?
Here I am on your garlic bread to speak about corset from your other page. Thank you for your information about corset history. I knew alread something about the scaring thing about corset. I have 3 corsets brand new, I used twice not too long like 3 hours, but it's a killer when you sit down or you are driving, or caughing, and the corset was not even that tight, but still you feel something that is not right around stomach, organs or whatever.
I find myself a little curious as to why you used so little garlic. I think I would consider this a bit more of an olive tapenade. I definitely agree with your suggestion on the 4:9 bread. That is some good stuff! Either way, this looks like it would be quite delicious, although I think I might toast the bread, and then apply the topping. I tend to like my bread a little toastier than that. :D Thanks for the video!
@MorbidBlessing That is the amount that my husband likes. I like more so if I make it for myself I add more. This recipe also makes a great dip for bread. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I like the bread to be gooey when I eat garlic bread and my husband likes less heat so when the garlic spread is put on first it works for both of us. All this is making me hungry for some more.

@supermelodia Thank you for your encouragement. I can tell a difference with a tight waistband.
