@rhiannana Maybe your file format was set on Mp4 (ISMA)..try selecting the format MP4 instead..

@larannieproductions I believe that the format you have selected is MP4 (ISMA) You should probably select the other format which is MP4 .. I did it and worked out for me perfectly.
