The 'soft close doors' are, of course, an option on the whole 7 range and have been since the E65 in 2001.

The doors are 'steplessly braked' and it's nothing to do with magnets; they use dampers. Again, a feature on the whole 7 range since the E65. BMW were also one of the first companies to use LEDs, again from the E65 on...

The seats are called 'comfort seats' and are standard on the Alpina, unlike the alcantara headlining and extended leather dash and video and BMW Professional Audio.
