If I was a Judge and a rapist was going to be paroled. I would bring his victum and him to court. There while in my court I would say to the victum that I am giving you a court order to shoot your rapist if you ever see him outside this court. I wouuld tell the rapist that it is your duty to stay out of site of your victum for she has the court permission to shoot you. Now that's a stay-away-order.
