Patrizio can be in a class of his own!  He sang for Pope John Paul II, has Polish genes, half-italian,and a linguist! As long as he delivers universal songs with those powerful vocals and intensity, one can't help but admire his God-given talent and person. This man is marked for greatness, though very modest that he is "singing in honor of his father he lost early." Thanks to poporoque for posting. Listening to how Patrizio delivers those songs in Italian make them even more delightful!

What would gain my respect for Pat is if he'd acknowledge Engelbert's 1968 version as to being the inspiration for his version. l have respect for the likes of Buble, Campbell etc who acknowledge the legends they've lifted from. Till then he's just another pleasant sounding copycat.
