I had no problem with dream mentor, i ma lv 99, just use shark and blood burst/or blitz if you can do it, barrage aint worth the cash.

U dont even need to safespot with these stuff, but do if you want to keep food and guarantee to live.

I have Quest Cape and its alot easier to kill them by using a good bow like Crystal Bow or Maybe mage shortbow with adamant/rune arrows and just run the the lectern and trap them in front of it.

Listen i did this quest 99 cb it is soo hard to melle i very suggest i had 76 range or it was 75 and i used a crystal bow or u can use rune c bow with addy bolts or diamond or mith i guess mith could work they are very hard i wouldnt have used any sharks but i was trying to hide and got trapped this quest it easy with range like 50% harder with melle
