  • 5,113 nukes yr 2009 vs 31,255 yr 1967; quality vs quantity. There are only 1/6 of nukes now compare to 60s, however, probably each nuke from 2009 is 10 times more powerful than the one from 60s (it's just my guess), so..... . At least it's certain that they have been pretty busy since 1940s.

  • And how do we know this figure of 5,113 nukes that Amerika released to the public is actually true? It's not as if any independent third party verified this, right?

  • This reminds me of Dr. Strangelove "I wish we had one of them doomsday devices"

  • @Somai82 I was thinking it was rather interesting that Hulu has it up for viewing when all this is being discussed. I like their sense of humor.

  • I know a guy in Iran who would love to have some nukes.

Oh, and I'll take 2 also.

  • In a world without atom bombs the one with such a bomb can rule the entire planet.

  • @VariusMayhem In the land of the bombless, the one bomb nation is king.

  • Well the US doesn't have to worry about that .... they have well over 15,000.

  • @elvgero15 I wonder what person (or people) decided that 15,000 nukes was necessary to have. Talk about overkill.

  • Like Don King loves to say "Only in America"

  • Did anyone else notice the term "arms control" in there? I wonder what the hell they are going to do next.

  • @ShadowSandy They comes after the guns sooner or later. They will only succeed with control over the peoples mind.

  • America is going downhill.

  • @raazstone true

  • @raazstone Not really, the GOV is lying as usual.

  • BS ....bet we have way more

  • they need to just get rid of all of them noone should have that type of weapon
