this trick is great,, too many chances to mess up tho,, if done properly(like u did in the vid. ) would be a killer effect, but since its a vid. theres not a lot of slights visible with the camera angles.. i m not sure if ure using double sided sticky tape or 3 m spray ,, (looks convincing on camera tho.)another thing i would like to say is dont use the 5 of hearts , try making this with another card ,, coz when ever i c a trick with the 5 of hearts and a joker, bells go off in my head. DF! DF!
Just wanted tell everyone this. This is just a concept of an effect that we were playing around with. This was the very first time I performed this after we came up with the method. So, I know that the performance, pacing, patter (i hate that word) is shit. It comes off looking like I don't know how to perform, but I hope you understand that this was a spur of the moment performance and I know it sucks. Just wanted to get that off my chest..
I think it could work really well. You should definately post a video with live crowds. It will take some strong crowd management to make sure that it doesn't get ruined, but I'd imagine that the responses would be great.
I know, I cannot figure out why everytime I upload to youtube, the sound gets messed up. I have to compress them to FLV so that they are under the size limit. If anybody knows of a way to fix the sound problem, please let me know.
