plateau recently happend to me, when it does and you dont feel a workout, then you have to push harder, and faster, and you will feel the sweat pouring out. keep pushing to the limit or even over it. also try new machines, or a new workout routine, also as i said in my comment on your prevoius videos (most recent comment), begin to cut down
camry, when you are in a platau(i think thats how its spelled you ether dial up the weight BY SMALL AMOUNTS or do more of the excersise than you normally would
good videos, keeping me motivated, thanks. Ive dropped from 257 to 239 since May, I just started watching your videos and a few other to help keep me motivated, just out of curiousity whats your diet based on, im roughly doing a 50% protien 40% fat and 10% good carbs and it is working but I think once I hit 220 im going to need to add more carbs and less fat because i cant live off this low carb thing my whole life, lol, too many cravings are left in the wake.
Camry.. keep it up dude, no matter how long it will take, it will happen. BTW, if it was easy to loose weight and keep in shape, everybody would've been a barbie by now! That means it is indeed hard to achieve and be proud of yourself that you are doing something hard that a lot of people are not able of. keep it up. we're watching you :)
Camry, dude. Awesome! But don't waste time on abs! They don't help much. And during the day, the get a lot of exercise. Focus more on your back! That helps so much!
Hey Pete, to get your vitamins, you shouldn't be taking multivitamins, they don't actually do much for your health and it's really just ingredients for expensive urine. Best thing to do is buy pills for the individual vitamins :)
RE Dealing with Plateaus: Try not to do the same thing every gym session. Even if you have to do the usual stuff, do it in a different order to confuse your body. Muscle confusion is key. Also, try progressive resistance for your cardio workouts, like three miles on the treadmill three times during one week, and then increase by a quarter mile with each following week.
dude drink lots and lots of cold water....and take protein to rebuild your muscles after weight training ...you might also want to try to supplement with a natural thermogenic pills just to help you melt that fat away in a quicker rate...and to avoid a plateau you should ALWAYS switch up your workout routine so that way your body is never used to it ..great progress dude keep it up
I think the best way to get out of a plateau is to change your eating and exercise habits. Our bodies are smart, much smarter than our brains, and when they get used to something they become more efficient at dealing with it. You'll burn less calories when you do the same exercise over and over, and your body will store calories better if you eat the same food over and over. Try some new exercises and different foods, and even add some calories for a couple weeks. It's good for the metabolism!
Camry! Camry! Just take a rest for at least 1 week than go back to the gim, also makesure not to keep doing same exercise everyday. But you should not get that problem on loosing weight because it happens more when building muscle not loosing fat. If you sweat you loose weight.
