Hi guys great informative videos. I was interested in purchasing a KMX for commuting. Is the tornado sturdy enough and comfortable enough for a 60 mile round trip commute, four days a week.

Yes the Tornado is VERY STURDY and will with NP cover your 60 mile roundtrip.

The Hard Shell seat covered in 3/8" neopreme rubber (standard throughout the KMX range) gives you good back support. While not quite as comfortable as a slung mesh seat, your back gets better support.

Get rid of the stock tires and replace with Schwalbe Big Apples which will give you a much more comfortable ride.

For the price & features the KMX Tornado cannot be beat.

It's kind of expensive for what it is, however WELL WORTH THE MONEY as it makes a HUGE difference to what you can carry. It's definitely a MUST HAVE accessory IMHO.
