BRIC will have to gain more relevance and breadth in areas of co-operation before it becomes a decisive and functional organization on global front. Military co-operation on BRIC level is a long shot since BRIC nations have a lot of issues to sort out before that ... such as level of trust between India and China. These are the times when economies direct politics, not vice versa and hence I'm hopeful.
