No, I'm saying that the type of plastic box the headset came in cut me before. I think I was opening a controller or something like that and I was in such a hurry to get it out that my hand slipped and the plastic stabbed me after I cut it.

They have just as much problems. People would only go to those forums if they have a problem. out of the 10 logitech problems I had, 1 of them had a problem, but I sent it back and got a whole new replacement within a week. I had three Microsoft products need returning, and I didn't get new ones, just the same items patched up, and two of them still weren't working properly. you still can't discount the millions of other products sold by them though with no problems.
