For those who do not know why this happened: It is a barrier test. The truck behind was the driver. Either remote control or wire controlled. You see, kiddos, there are shitty excuses for humans out there who load up vehicles with explosives and drive them into or next to buildings and then detonate them. This barrier test was to see if a heavy truck could get through it at speed. (jeez, some of you guys are DUMB!)
