An amazing team with an amazing head coach Yubing Huang. No question the best men's gymnastics team since 1990's! Chinese men's team has won 9 world championship team golds and 2 Olympic team golds since then, it is a great achievement for any team. Why NBC never interviews Huang? Language should not the problem, they can find a translater if they wants. NBC just love Bela who's best part is his broken English and endless bashing other teams and gymnasts.

ZK: From what I know, my difficulty value on HB and FX is the highest in the world. But as I'm not known for my execution, I still have to depend on my performance on the day itself.

Zou K: I was left off last year's team and I've been feeling a bit repressed since I'm an Olympian. This year is a year that I'm at a higher performance level and I trained a lot more.

N: Not only has ZK added difficult on his specialty events, HB and FX, he's also taken a step towards become an AAer.

N: Conditioning just before Worlds, hold handstands twice per week. 20min with weights on Tues and 40mins without on Thurs.

WHO?!!: Currently, this handstand thing is the most difficult, the most tiring and the worst to get through.

THB: This year, I believe that we have improved all around compared to last year.

N: After Yang Wei retired, THB has taken over as the best AAer in the Team. Even if he cannot compete with Uchimura yet, this type of AA gymnasts are much relied on in the team.

THB: I guess I've just continued to put in the hard work. I've had doubts after not being selected for the Beijing Olympics, but there's always been people who continually support me. For myself and for them, I decided to keep training for a while more.

W: The coach specifically wants us to interview you.

After Athens, Teng HB was slowly forgotten and only after 5 years was he able to earn the right to compete at a major competition.

THB: I haven't experienced such a nervous and exciting competition for a long time. Really, after a full competition, I'm really tired.

W: You've put in a lot of hard work for a long time just for this new team title, yes?

LB: Yesyesyes. Continuing the hard work for so long really isn't a big deal. Just so long as you train hard and when the chance comes along, you catch and hold on to it.

N: Even though he's lost his chance to attend Worlds, but during the hectic trainings before the MAG team left, selfless LB still tries to contribute however he can.

N: At last year's Rotterdam Worlds, LB performed in 5 events. Of those, he was the first to start off 4 events. In that competition, he became the MAG team's best performer and he also became a world champion. For him to compete, his wrist was injected with 4 shots of pain suppressants.

Woman: You're the most tired person today since you went for a lot events!

LB: It's okay if I'm tired, as long as I perform well for CHN, then I have nothing to lose.

N: The week of training leading up to Worlds, Lu Bo must be the one that is feeling most upset in the team. When CHN submitted the team application form in early Sep, LB was among the 6 core team members. But after consideration of his wrist injury, he was replaced -by Yan MY-.

LB: Worlds represents the fulfilment of one's gymnastics dream. It's not the ultimate goal, but it is also one of the dream in one's life.

Additionally, since this worlds is held in Tokyo, team leader CYB also admitted that the JAP team will have certain advantages.

CYB: Fate is currently shining on the JAP team since they are competing on their home ground and also... ever since our 3 core gymnasts retired, our standards have sort of equalised, as compared to being so much stronger than them, like before. Now it seems like the results will be based on who performs (execution wise) better.

Guo WY: We are well prepared. Competing won't as difficult as we thought it would be as we are a lot stronger than we were last year. In terms of the equipment, I think it's okay, Japan's equipments are quite comfortable to use.

N: In actuality, the JAP team, led by Uchimura Kohei is a strong one. It can be said that this year's MAG team competition is a fight between the CHN and the JAP team

 -The narrator said CHN first before JAP. Maybe there's some deeper meaning in that?-

It's been a year since then. The core members of the MAG team hasn't changed much. Another thing that won't change is the fact that the CHN MAG team will be the champions at the Tokyo Worlds.

Zhang CL: Just like last year, we will take the team champion title first. Then we'll fight for our individual events.

Feng Z: We are more bonded than most because we train together, live together and have a common goal.
