They where sloppy and damaged some stuff but most of it is surface level that can be repaired/replaced. The leaking roof it the biggest problem so that is a hit. Now, try paying the bill for the removal of a meth lab and chemical saturation of drywall. Well, that hurts but it's not too bad.

not too bad but I have seen alot worse. I used to work for a housekeeping company and believe me there was some nasty, nasty stuff that people left behind. The stuff was already outside the homes but the way the homes were left was just nasty!!!
