I loved dinosaurs when I was a kid, in fact I still love them! We didn't know much at all about dinosaurs then compared to now, kids today are so lucky! I wish there had been dinosaur shows like this on when I was kid!!!
Good lord. Jim Henson didn't use puppets because it was the only thing available. He used them because puppetry was his passion. Now it's being cast aside for CGI and fancy garbage. I'm so glad Henson isn't alive to see this. He'd be so disappointed.
@MarkTheMagnificent I fully agree with you, especially because Sid the Science Kid is basically CGI tracing over puppets. And it looks really, really creepy. Uncanny Valley for sure @_@
@MarkTheMagnificent Jim Henson was always experimenting with the latest technology to see what he could create. He wouldn't disapprove of this really; he'd love the digital puppetry for Sid the Science Kid. He used it way back in 1989.
