I'm not just saying this...But Phil Jones is definitely the most promising U21 player... Only 19 years old and already steamrolling through experienced players. What impresses me most about the guy is that his strengths aren't even his footballing abilities. His leadership skills are outstanding.

The Ox will get his chance to play regularly when Gervinho jets off to the African Cup. He's better than Walcott. I understand Wenger putting him on the wings to learn his trade but it's been half a decade now and I've seen minimal improvement. I'm even now doubting whether he can even play as a striker anymore. Just goes to show physical speed amounts to nothing with out speed of thought. Which is why Sturridge who is in the same predicament as Walcott (striker on the wings) can't stop scoring.
