Z80 computer

Fantasztikus! Én is nemrég kezdtem el egy Z80-alapú kis számítógépet megtervezni, engedelmeddel kölcsönveszek egy-két megoldást tőled =). Próbáltam régebben motorola 68000-rel is tervezni valamit, de a dinamikus ram frissítésnél meghalt a projekt, zilogéknál azért ebből nem lesz probléma =D

Interesting name for a band- they decided to call themselves a KfT, which in Hungarian refers to a limited liability company.

Maybe youtube is in a nitpicker phase concerning links and that kinda stuff?

hi there I am currently building my own Z80 computer with 320x240 res and 256 colors and 128K Vram and 128K system ram. just one question what is the name of the song and what band is it by as its awsome!

@electronman32k Hi! The band is KFT and the song is 'Valami Mocorog', it's a smaller hungarian hit from the '80-s.

perhaps a stupid question, but why solder all these capacitors to the IC's? I don't see the point in that...(I am just a beginner)

Hi!

Capacitors are needed to be connected to all the IC-s in order to filter the power supply against noise. This noise is caused by all the logic gates which work together.

Nice always wanted to try something like this. So the top board is for video processing and the lower board is for the CPU\RAM\ROM\Keyboard.

I've only ever done micro controller development.
