Yes, but he's not saying the video is a con, he's saying the organization that made it is using it to promote an investment con. Schiff actually says if you want to promote the video use a copy that doesn't have any reference to NIA that made it. Since I didn't make it, I don't feel right taking their credit out - but it's probably wise to heed Schiffs warning about giving NIA any moola.
