  • ok thanks for your response i think i have seen this mayo in stores, its in a plastic shaped bottle with a red cap i think.

  • Yep, that's the one.

  • english subs plz...it looked yummy^^

  • is it just regular kraft mayo or do the japanese use a special kind of mayo?

  • its a special mayonaise~ but, its just a regular kind in japan

  • it's generally referred to as QP mayonnaise. it's lightly seasoned. but every sushi bar I have worked in just uses some pretty cheap basic sorta mayo

  • Do you use regular mayo or is it spicy? Is there a difference between japanese mayo and american mayo? Nice dragon roll

  • i got a own mayo recipe for sushi :)

i use mayo and the ball inside a cooked egg and some wasabi put it together in a bowl and mix it :)

  • I'll try that out sometime thanks!

  • This looks delicious! If I knew what most of the ingrediants were I would definitely make some. Great video and presentation 5 stars!! =)

  • i dislike mayo in general, but it's needed for certain sushis, and i don't mind, cause i never taste it. i think it's mostly about texture and getting everything to stay together.

  • i dun know where you get ur cali rolls from, but i've never had a cali roll anywhere that had mayo in it.

  • Looks Tasty

  • I guess you don't like California rolls.

California Rolls have lots of mayonnaise.

  • @anyrecipe yea and its not so bad with all the other stuff in it you cant really taste it

  • @anyrecipe not usually. in overly westernized versions mayo is added, but if you go for that might as well have crab imperial or some other traditional american dish :P. i eat sushi for the deliciously fresh flavors and beautiful presentation. mayo has no place in that realm :P.

  • dude sushi with mayonaise IS AWESOME

  • there are many rolls with mayo in them. many places use that as a main ingredient in their spicy sauces or spicy mayos.

  • mayonnaise is used for the crab in california rolls, and the seafood that needs to be spicy, with the chili oil or sriracha sauce in spicy rolls.

  • Yeah, and I guess that you don't like spicy rolls either. Spicy Rolls have mayonnaise too, just like California Rolls.

  • @15XG guess you don't know your sushi

  • @NineTailsDemonFox Just because I don't like the mayonnaise ones doesn't mean I don't know my sushi. I like the more traditional ones... not the western improvisations the chefs had to make to please you Americans!!!

  • @15XG btw thats not mayo so get over yourself calm the fuck down and maybe try it first.

  • @15XG it's Japanese mayo. not the type for burgers.

  • @almostthere100 I bough some of those Japanese mayo a couple months back. There was no expiration date on it. How do I know when not to use it?

  • @15XG u obviously dont know wut ur talking about

  • @15XG You don't know anything about sushi do you?

  • @15XG tons of sushi rolls have mayo or spicy mayo as an ingredient. The japanese can't get enough fucking mayo. They put that shit on everything.

  • You can buy at frozen foods section of Asian Market.

  • nice video

  • where do you get unagi from?
