u dont need a umd dumper tool, jz a CFW, Press Select > Usb Device = UMD Disc > Toogle USB > Copy the iso > Select > Usb Device = Memory Card > copy the iso in direction: ISO > Run the UMD from Memocard, but if u r without a pc or somthing for usb connection this tool seems to be kinda usefull ^^

the umd dumber is that it only copy the umds on the memory stick, but then you have to hook your psp to the computer and drag the umd file to the iso folder which most of us dont have on our 3.90 psp. but anyway i have the usa version psp.
