the video i put up there shows how to make tobi kisame itachi and zetsu's head and at the begining i shows how to make the uniform but mine is like a square urs is 100 times better then mine
1: It was done wrong. You need to draw the out line of the cloud in white, then fill it with red. 2: there are no clouds on the arms. 3: I have one titled "Akutski Robe On Paint!" (there are no quotation marks,just showing the title)where I show the real way you make one on paint!
