the difference between a super ko finish and a finest ko finish is when you trigger a super at the right time when your opponent is performing a move. ex: shin akuma was in the middle of performing his super but was interrupted by hibikis

This has got to be hacked:

1. Hibiki is only level 2, the damage isn't that different even if it's a level 3 super

2. The burning meter doesn't carry over between rounds.

@malemonkley Not really. The first thing, He was playing Ratio Mode on VS., which a Ratio 2 Character does more damage to a Character that is Ratio 1.

Second thing, when you beat the two "Final" Bosses, Shin Akuma and Ultimate Rugal, you get the EX Option, which one of the options is that the Super Meter is ALWAYS Full at the beginning of the Round. So, no hacking here, just a in-game cheat option, to be fair.
