50mg of benadryl 8pm and you will fall asleep and not continue to drink. Keep that up for a month and continue to stay away from alcohol. As for this video. Omg cry me a fucking river!!!
i drink mostly on the weekends because im under a lot of stress so i try to get rid of it by drinking so i can forget about the problems i have at least for a lil bit i do drink quite a lot though does this make me a alcoholic i question myself about this all the time. can yall give me some opinions about this.
I found the CURE for addiction and I have proof for this claim. Click on my name and witness Powerful Stories of Freedom. I personally know and have witnessed over 100 addicts who have found True and Lasting FREEDOM after being enslaved by their addictions for so long. I have been through many programs for my addiction, but have never found so much Hope, Joy, Peace, and Love than I have in the program I am in now. And the people I know who have given their stories are experiencing the same!
I've found myself in a chaotic home life and whenever fights broke out I ended up drinking myself to sleep. Now I drink every night, not to the point of unconsciousness but to numb everything
I think you can turn your chart upside down. Yes with the hump at the top. That could be when your life was normal. Then the slide to the bottom when things got out of control. Every body goes through your chart. The Thing is to pop out the other side happy and well adjusted.
There is hope for the Hopeless that are struggling with addiction. Reformers Unanimous is a faith-based addictions program. We maintain an 82% percent success rate! Check us out @Ruinternational.
Acceptance is such a beautiful word. There are two forms of realisation....self realisation and other realisation. I have been sober for nearly four months and I cant believe it. I tried the AA but to no avail. What I did was THINK it out. This means you sit down and think what it does to you and the liberation of waking up sober every day is wonderful. Wonderful video too...
@MrWilliammccallum Yes i am thanks....one day at a time is what it takes and if not one day then one hour....what is there to gain when the glass is full and when the glass is empty.....your a great example...
god bless you i love the chart and i would like to use it to help others as well thank you:)
you helped change my life
