These guys are about as real as anybody I have ever met. they're just regular guys who happen to be really talented and get to make a living doing what they love. Whatever this (or any other video) makes them look like...I can tell you, I've met them, hung out, and played on stage with them and they are the real thing.

To all those saying this version sucks, or that people need to get in tune with "real" country allow me to point out something, take it or leave it: These guys and others who are bringing back old classic country songs are reintroducing the classics to an entirely new generation of country music fans. I love new country, I love old country, and I love anything bluegrass. It's only a matter of time before Alan Jackson songs get covered by new artists. Good music is good music.

Jesus, just a group of hired guns trying to sell another one of Rhett Akins songs, what a shame. These guys are terrible and is exactly what is wrong with country music today. Search "Rhett Akins Old bird dog" and honestly tell me he doesn't put this "pop" group to shame. Most of you need to wake up and make a change in country music by supporting the "REAL" artist.

Rhett Akins didn't write it. Brett James and William Luther did. If it was ten years ago their version would have sounded just like his. That's the producer and label's call which always conforms to what's already popular. Rhett sounded just like every 1990's act in "Ain't my Truck." Real artist?
