Cup of warm water.

Hydrogen Peroxide 2-4 capfuls

Salt 1/2 Tblsp (table, sea, RealSalt, Himalyan..etc.)

Baking Soda - if you have no salt - 1 teaspoon.

Gargle. Then ingest an analgesic (Aspirin). Rest 10-15 minutes.

Nex order of busines.

Leave you brush in 1/2 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide - 3% solution.

Make a paste of 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda and 1/2 capful of Baking Soda to brush your teeth the next few days - add drop of clove or peppermint oil.

Um... No where does this mention a lemon. Also, how would drinking salt water be bad for you? Its salt + water... This does seem to work though, I have been doing it for 2 days and it has helped for short term uses after each meal but I am yet to be cured.
